Our free delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday.

Standard Delivery timing slot: 10am to 5pm or 5pm to 10pm.

Cut-off times for placing orders for delivery are as follows:

Order before 11am, the earliest same day delivery slot will be after 5pm. Order before 5pm; earliest delivery next day slot after 10am. Order after 5pm; earliest delivery next day slot after 5pm.

Specific Time Delivery: For specific delivery time (2 hours interval) Additional charge of $15 will apply.

Please keep flowers in cool and dry area away from direct sunlight. For maintenance, you may use a soft brush to gently brush around wood flowers only.

All flowers and/or fillers are subject to availability. In the event where flowers and/or filler types are unavailable, it will be replaced with similar flowers and/or fillers of the same range without prior notice.

However, rest assure that the end product will be beautiful, and your recipient will love it!

Do note that wood flowers are natural product and handmade. As such, colours may differ slightly due to the natural material of the wood sheets and as they are hand dyed.
